Discussion: Winterfest 2011

Attendance this year was about 400 including 248 adults which was fewer than last year. Bad weather predictions may have been a factor. The general consensus is that having the event take place in one building is better. This will be possible for next year since the new wing of the school is complete. There was positive feedback about the activities.

Planning for Winterfest 2012 starts in April! It would be great to have more volunteers to help with the planning and organizing stage.

Thank you to Helen Feron and Heather MacDonald and all the vendors and volunteers for the great job they did.

The annual Dinner Mixer was well attended with 26 businesses represented.

Thank you Wendy for the decals.

A warm welcome to new member, Stacey Austin, L.Ac. Of Points Acupuncture. Stacey is a Licensed Acupuncturist & Chinese Herbalist and works at the office of Dr. Danaher in Newfane.
