Treasurer’s Report: Balance – $3,591.49
Discussed: Music in the Park Event (Wine, Cheese & Chocolate) Sunday, July22nd. There will be a variety of food vendors. Wendy is pricing promotional signs. Posters & fliers will need to be distributed. Lisa has access to directional signs for the rest rooms. More details at next meeting.
4th of July Parade: Maedl’s Woodcraft Pick up Truck will be decorated with the business names on stars. Whatever businesses want to participate can just show up and get in the line up at the Hartland Bible Church parking lot at 3:00.
RHBPA will purchase $100.00 worth of candy for the parade route.
July 28th – Town of Hartland Sesquicentennial Event @ Hartland Town Park – there are applications for local businesses. Set up @ 8am, starts at noon.
Budget Vote – May 15th, Roy-Hart High School Gym – To save the Library, remember to vote NO On Proposition 2.
Memorial Day, May 28th – Mark Weld’s artwork will be at The Lamplighter Gallery on Main St., Middleport.

“GuildCare” coming to Pendleton – Presentation

Legislator Tony Nemi along with Councilmen Dave Leible and Ron Morrison announces that a presentation of “GuildCare” will be made to Pendleton residents.
GuildCare is an innovative program serving the needs of individuals 18 years of age and older in Niagara County. Services such as nursing, physical or occupational therapy and therapeutic recreational activities are provided onsite.
Transportation to program and a hot lunch are included when you start Guildcare.

Spring has sprung and it’s time to learn something new. Mary Ann is now teaching spinning classes on Wednesday evenings from 7-8:30 PM at A Stroka Gene-us Alpaca Farm, 10314 Johnson Road in Middleport.
And you don’t have to worry that you don’t have the right equipment! They have wheels for you to use so you are ready to go. The cost is only $10 per class but if you purchase a wheel there is a 50% discount.
A Stroka Gene-us Alpacas has a fiber studio where we show you the process of turning raw fiber into a beautiful handspun yarn. New products coming in on a regular basis. Come and check it out every Saturday & Sunday from 11-5 PM and Wednesday evening from 6-9 PM. As always we are open by appointment, call 716-863-4366

Treasurer’s Report: Balance – $3,785.00
New Business:
Patt Fagan presented the availability of an increased web presence for RHBPA members on their own website at RoyaltonHartlandBusiness.com. Dave Huntington made a motion to have RHBPA pay for the additional website. Mary Ann Stroka seconded the motion which was carried by a show of hands vote. Upcoming Events:
- Winterfest – Sat. Feb 4th, 11:00 – 4:00. There are 19 vendors so far. There is still room for more vendors. If anyone is interested, e-mail RHWinterfest@gamail.com or call Coordinator Mike Kozma: 434-9525 or 553-6295. There are 60 Baskets so far. Anyone who wants to donate a basket for the auction can drop them off at any of the schools or at Absolut Care in Gasport.
- Wed. @ The Winery – Wed March 7th, 6:00PM- 8:00PM @ LynOaken. Approximately 25 Vendors can be accommodated. More details at the Feb. 8th Meeting
By acclamation, the current slate of officers will continue in their positions.

• Three organizations will receive donations from some of proceeds of Winterfest: Honor Flight, Soldier’s Garden and the Elementary School Playground.
